We selected Wolffer Estate because we love the Hamptons especially in the summer and were set on getting married outdoors. It’s very beautiful there with all the lush greenery and gorgeous white hydrangeas. I’m from New Orleans and Shawn is from Boulder and we thought it was a good compromise location that would embrace both of our personalities and tastes.

I wore a Vera Wang veil . I liked the traditional sense of wearing a veil, but didn’t want to take any attention away from the gown, so I chose a simple, classic Vera veil.

Seeing Shawn for the first time before the wedding was definitely the highlight of my day. It was really nice to have a few minutes together alone away from the chaos and before all of the guests arrived.
